But ignoring the development of other units led to significant overall damage. Ideally, I’d like everyone to be strengthened equally, so I’ll see what they think.

So, there’s resistance to focusing only on Noru’s strength… Plus, boosting Estel or Freesia for ranged attacks makes sense. Right now, our anti-air capabilities are limited. Sisya suggesting something so rational is a surprise… Hm? Hold on.

While upgrading Noru might increase her unique ability’s all-unit buff, I can’t guarantee the third enhancement would scale the same way. Estel seems the safer, and more impactful, option. Estel clasped her hands to her chest, full of gratitude as she thanked Freesia, who smiled radiantly. I’d expected her to ask eagerly like Sisya but was surprised to see her defer to Estel. Not just a ditzy elf after all—she can be considerate. It’d be nice if she showed this side more often, but that’s what makes her, well, Freesia.

With Freesia’s consent, we decided to use the Unit Upgrade Ticket on Estel. Selecting her in the unit menu, a glow emerged from my phone, enveloping Estel in shining particles.

Blushing, Estel hugged her staff tightly, looking somewhat exhilarated. Noru folded her arms, nodding. Is the upgrade feeling really that thrilling? I just hope Estel doesn’t get too excited and blow up the house. Now, let’s check her enhanced stats.
